We love eating. But how do we know what we're eating is healthy or whether the exercise we do is enough? We hear the same excuses all the time : "I just don't have time to exercise" or "I work till late in the night. By the time I get off work, all the eateries will be closed!" or "I don't have time to pack lunch to work. So, I just eat at the nearest hamburger store".
Our sedatary lifestyle has definately affected us one way or another. More and more of our population are diabetes or have high blood pressure or coronary heart disease or all three.
Obesity is on the rise. We are becoming an obese[FAT] nation.
What are we to do???
a) Eat breakfast. The most important meal of the day to get you started. [Most
people skip this breakfast]
b) Exercise three times a week. [Okey, if you can't spend 30 mins a session, try 20
minutes. If there's no park nearby ur place or no gym, EXERCISE AT HOME]
c) Eat a variety of food. Load up on your vegetables and fruits! [Cut down on all
those oily food. Use less oil and salt in your cooking]
d) Eat your vitamins [Although controversial, in my opinion it does help]
The list can go on but people actually do know what to do. It's more whether YOU want to change and make a difference!
